We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The cutoff for an order to be fulfilled on the same day is 5pm EST. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
US orders are delivered in 3-5 business days (7-14 business days for international). Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
Any packages returned to us by the shipping carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.
All orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking information cannot be refunded if the customer cannot locate the item. The customer will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Any orders delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error are non-refundable. If an order has been shipped and a customer notices the wrong address, Remade is not responsible for redirecting the shipment to the correct address or bearing the cost with changing an address mid-transit.
To be eligible for a reshipment because a product was damaged in transit, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@getremade.com with a picture of the damage. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will reship it at no additional cost.
